Text messages from Lottie

Last updated September 8, 2026

Lottie is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses (calllottie.com). Business owners who sign up can choose to get text messages about their own account. This page shows exactly how that consent is collected and what the messages are.

The opt-in, as it appears on our forms

Every form on calllottie.com that asks for a mobile number (demo sign-up, dashboard details, booking a call) shows this control. The box is unticked until the person ticks it.

Optional. Messages come from Lottie. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our privacy policy and SMS terms.

What we send

  • A one-time code to confirm the mobile number.
  • Confirmations of demo calls and appointments the person booked.
  • Messages the receptionist took from callers to their business line.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing or promotional texts are sent, and mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; one final confirmation is sent and nothing more. Reply HELP, or email hello@calllottie.com, for help. Reply START to opt back in.
